Sergio Rifugio, General Manager

After many years of working in management of top class hotels throughout Spain and running his own Cooking Holidays business, Sergio joined the Yacht Club team in March 2009.  With his expertise in all aspects of restaurants, events and weddings he has acheived great success at the Club.  Comandeering our annual and increasingly popular programme of events, parties and activities and offering his expert advice in advising our clients on menu choices and wines.  Sergio is fluent in his home tongue of Italian, as well as Spanish, Russian and English. 

Claire Holland - Wedding Co-ordinator & Marketing Manager

Claire has helped many couples plan their dream day at the Yacht Club.  Her experience of Mallorca as well as the excellent links with a host of recommended suppliers on the island will ensure that your wedding is in great hands.  Claire comments - " We have a fantastic team here at the Club, from the office staff, the top team in the kitchen and the restaurant and bar staff, we all work together to ensure your wedding day is the best it can possibly be".

Pedro - Head Chef

Pedro joined the Yacht Club in 2011 .He is now our Head Chef, in charge of our restaurant and variety of events.  His diverse experience and knowledge of different types of cuisine, from Mediterranean to Majorcan with international touches  will ensure he delivers a feast to enchant your taste buds. He is well known for working in the famous Restaurant Porto Pi (paseo maritimo de  Palma) and the Blau Porto Petro.

Luis Corcuera - Office Manager

Luis is our longest standing staff member, having been at the Yacht Club since it opened 6 years ago!  He is well known amongst our members and regular visitors and his experience of Mallorca will ensure no question goes unanswered.

Silvia Corcuera - Restaurant Supervisor

Silvia has worked at the Yacht Club for nearly 3 years.  Although working as our Restaurant & Bar Supervisor, Silvia is also very creative.  Your wedding decor will be in the best possible hands with her.  She is fantastic at creating a stunning event room, with simple or extravagant floral displays and table displays.  Silvia has lived in Mallorca for many years and speaks fluent Spanish, English and German.
