My husband and I were very lucky to find Sergio’s Mediterranean cooking class on the web. I read positive reviews about his cooking skills and decided to give it a try. The food prepared was simple but very tasty. He made it look extremely easy to prepare all those dishes. George, my husband doesn’t stop in asking me to make the selection of tapas and the chocolate & almond tart!!!!
